Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Fahd Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Fahd Solutions provides software development, design, AI automation, hosting, and consulting services. The specific terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements
• Provide timely feedback during sprints and reviews
• Supply necessary access, content, and materials when requested
• Pay for services as agreed in your service contract
• Use delivered software in compliance with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property in the custom software, designs, and documentation delivered under an engagement transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We may retain rights to general tools, libraries, and know-how used in delivery.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your contract with us.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Fahd Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the terms specified in the contract. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
